Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the U.S.
We hope to expand internationally soon. For our overseas Frankly fans, there are services like ReShip and Parcl that will assist with international shipping. Frankly has no affiliation with these forwarding companies.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
How fast is your U.S. shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within (3) business days of purchase from our Chicago facility, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date , or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

What's the deal with pre-orders?
Pre-orders allow us to make just the right amount of inventory and prevent waste. When you order an item labeled Pre-Order, it has not yet been produced. Your form of payment will be charged at the time of purchase, and you will receive email updates on the status of your item. Pre-order items take longer than in-stock items to ship out. Projected shipping dates will be listed on the product page (typically 6-8 weeks out).
Are taxes included in my order total?
Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are nonrefundable.
RETURNS
What’s your return and exchange policy?
Frankly offers free returns and exchanges for all in stock items. All returns must be initiated and shipped within 30-days of the delivery date. They must be unused and unwashed with all original tags and sanitary liners (if applicable) attached. Please start your return here.
Please note that Studio items have a returns only policy (no exchanges), as we made that specific item for you.
How do I exchange a size?
Please return the item and order your new one. You can start your return here.
When should I expect a refund after returning an item?
We’re processing everything as fast as we can over at the warehouse! Your refund will be in the original form of payment, and please allow for 1-2 weeks for it to appear on your credit card statement.
